Heard MilaMilan was busted a few hours ago, can anyone here confirm this? It's 3:30am here now and it's too late for me to get the real skinny, figured someone at GFY may know.

Rumor is they got her while on cam. Hope it's not true.

It had to have been recent, her twitter says she was on MFC 4 hours ago. That would be crazy if she got busting on cam. You know there is someone recording that ish.

Indeed. Thailand is literally the largest brothel in the world, but working on webcam is illegal. Even better, DILDOS are illegal. That doesn't mean you can't get them, they are just illegal. So is prostitution, so go figure. But if they see a chance to get money from a foreigner... they will.

Yep I was arrested , yep I was in jail ... yep I did not know that camming was illegal in Thailand and I did do a bit of film (mostly solo)..... and Yep that last part was rather stupid as porn is illegal in Thailand as is indecent behavior and indecent nudity..... as we all know that does not happen in Thailand and Walking Street and Nana are just there for educational purposes .... I love Thailand , I love to live here ....but that does not mean I like all I see around me and the way I was used for a media spectacle ... Technically there is no prostitution in GoGos or in Bars, no sex on the premises you just pay to take the girl out...massage parlours or gogos attached to a hotel are the only ones that can get busted.

I live in Thailand ....and have nothing bad to say about it ... Had a long talk with the prosecutor and police and have been made aware what is and is not allowed in Thailand...

The charges against me are mainly for filming (less than 4 hrs in 4.5 years in Thailand ..tja) .... Cam is a difficult 'area' in Thai law as there is no fixed list of what is indecent and camming itself is not forbidden .....

I have decided not to shoot anything in Thailand anymore and use other countries to shoot adult content (what I already did for the most part) ..... and Thailand for that what is allowed: eat , drink and relax ...

I have been living here for almost 5 years , I know how it 'works' ... I speak basic Thai and have agreed to refrain from posting nudity on Twitter and Facebook when I am in Thailand .... outside Thailand I am allowed to do whatever I want .... More travel for me ... I appreciate the advice by the way and got some really good advice from a senior GFY member who is a Thai specialist through experience on how to proceed from here ....

The food in a Thai prison is by the way very good... I wouldn't have died from hunger

nope ....Leo and MFC have put all Thai based models on 'hold' ...... The Thai government has no problem with MFC as it was visible for the last 4 years .... and not blocked (I blocked Thailand myself so they could in principle not see me ) ... MFC have now decided to block traffic from Thailand including the Thai based models ... again > camming is not illegal in Thailand ..the question is how far are you allowed to go ... and the answer to that is completely subjective > there is no rule book ... It will become clear soon what will happen as I intent to start camming again soon .... and for XXX I will go to one of the countries nearby that do allow nudity ....

I hope your referral to a "senior GFY member who is a Thai specialist" means a lawyer who knows how to defend you in a competent manner.

No law against camming aslong you keep your clothes on. but nude is obscene behavior and that are not allowed.

I have a Thai law book here somewhere. There isn't a law that says "webcam" but they try to wrap it up with their general obscenity and cyber crime laws. You can be on a webcam, you just can't whore out on a webcam without running the risk of problems. The sex industry in Thailand in general is a huge grey area, with a lot of it being illegal but tolerated.

However, as a foreigner you also have the work visa to deal with if they catch you working without one. It's just a fine, but it's enough to arrest you on that alone.

Like in your home country, they hit you with a bunch of crap and then you more or less "negotiate" your way out of them.

She's not in the USA where everything she says is going to be held against her. Dosn't work like that here. Her original charges are the only ones she will have and she's probably already worked her way out of most of them.
