What Spam filter / spam prevention services do you use?

We are currently using Spam Arrest but they've had a technical problem since Midnight yesterday that they can't seem to fix and their realtime chat support service keeps failing. Not good.

Suggestions?

Zero. I get highly annoyed when people send me a question or help request, then force me to follow through with their Spam Arrest protocol just so I can help them out. I assume others get equally as annoyed. While using a service like Spam Arrest may help me out with less junk mail, I don't feel it's worth the annoyance of potential partners.

Couldn't agree more. I detest spam arrest et al.
