I have sent ~$1000.00 in mobile traffic. I recently requested a payout and Today My account was banned/suspended out of no where with no explanation or contact.

They seem to have a lot of filters and that is good - It protects everyone - However, they need instant feedback when you hit one - As they are so sensitive people are losing out when they shouldn't be:2 cents:...

If you give instant feedback when someone trigger a filter, they will know exactly what they did to trigger that filter and it will make it easier for frauster to do fraud.

They are doing it perfectly well.

That is a good point - There must be a happy medium tough....

Well, if OP gets manually reviewed and they end up paying him, and then white list him from automated ban after that when he request payment (since he is now white listed) they are already doing great.

This is my opinion, by the way. I am in no way affiliated with Plugrush.

Hopefully they do a manual review for older established accounts which trigger it. Chances are that someone who did thousands in business with you for years isn't going to start scamming.

Whoa, Lets not throw around accusations. The traffic is legit ....I will provide screenshots of previous income from programs for you, Run the traffic through openx, whatever.

I made this thread because understandably anyone would be pissed if they were banned with absolutely zero correspondence. Especially a few days after I requested a withdrawal. If it is indeed an automated bot that flags accounts then:

1. An automated email right away, so I could change my links (so lets assume that income is lost)
2. Someone should have hit me up to discuss it, instead of me trying to chase you guys down.

I am honestly not here to get into a pissing match, I just want this sorted and I will update this thread once plugrush and I sort this out.
