How do I upload a sample of my blood so you can verify I'm a real human?

Fuck this shit, even our bank didn't need this much info.

I wonder how many clients they lose because of this dumb stuff... +1 added to that list.

For Business Account verification we request

1) Business Registration/Articles of Incorporation
2) Picture ID
3) Proof of Address

For Personal Account verification we request

1) Picture ID
2) Proof of Address

Which we did but apparently it wasn't enough for you, even though we sent the same documents to CCBill with no issues or complaints.

We also tried adding our bank account to fund our account only to find out we need to buy a color scanner, complete the form in BLUE ink and send over more ID documentation.

We actually don't own a single blue ball point pen in the office, it looks unprofessional when black ink is pretty much standard for most businesses.

The fact that one corner of our photo ID card was cut-off, yet the rest of the information is clearly visible and not redacted apparently causes a problem.

You have no issues with our articles of incorporation which was basically a screen capture from the State of Florida website, but the fact a small corner of my drivers license is missing means it gets rejected... Stupid... Its a business account, the IRS, State and our banking facility didn't need this much information yet for some reason your company does?

Some go public and keep it online for 'security' reasons!!!

All submitted documents must be in full color, high quality and uncropped. If you have an alternative picture ID to submit, we can consider that instead.

With regards to the blue ink required to complete the bank account verification form; yes, we do require that, and that applies to anyone trying to verify a bank account for EFT/ACH purposes. This requirement is due to banking procedures. We follow the rules.

I'm sorry for any confusion there may have been from my post. I wasn't referencing the Bank of America agreement you cited. I was referencing our own internal agreements with our banking partners. We comply with the requirements laid out to us, and that requires us to request certain documents or forms from our customers in relation to those agreements.

EFT is an optional service. If you do not wish to provide the necessary forms or documentation required in order to use it, then you can simply choose to use one of our other loading options to fund your account. :thumbsup
