MISC: Domains are not blacklisted nor hit by Panda or Penguin, sites have not been updated since 4 months, with a little work traffic will increase

Reason for Selling: focussing on other niches

That's extremely cheap, even the domains alone would cost 9-10 per domain, so 150 different domains -> 1500 dollars...

And you also have the design, the installation, the traffic...

I have a few hundred blogs and I just keep the login pages bookmarked along with a notebook containing written notes and information about my network (I'm old school! :) ).

email and sites are hosted on nationalnet (as mentioned above), the most trustable adult host. Only emails from shady, spammy or suspicious hosts get bounced back. And thats good cause that separates the wheat from the chaff :)
