Fernando Alonso, Mark Webber, Romain Grosjean, Nico Rosberg, Paul di Resta, Lewis Hamilton and Adrian Sutil rounded off the top 10 after 2 free practices.

Following the results of the Australian Grand Prix last weekend, Lotus’ Kimi Räikkönen leads the Drivers’ Championship points table with 25 points, followed by Fernando Alonso with 18 points and triple world champion Sebastian Vettel of Red Bull Racing with 15 points.

In the Constructors’ Championship, Ferrari leads with 30 points, followed by Lotus on 26 points and Red Bull Racing on 23 points.

Despite failing to win the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, bookmakers William Hill have cut the odds of Vettel winning yet another F1 Drivers’ Championship from 13/8 to 6/4.

Alonso is the 5/2 second favourite, with current World Championship leader Raikkonen the 7/2 third favourite. Hamilton is 10/1 for the Drivers’ title.

The second of the nineteen Grand Prix races for open-wheel racing cars takes place this coming Sunday the 24th March in the in the magnificent Sepang circuit, Kuala Lumpur where Fernando Alonso will be defending his title from 2012. Sports fans can tune in to the Malaysian Grand Prix at 08:00 GMT on Sky Sports F1 channel.

I haven't ever been able to get back into F1 since Schumacher stopped racing the first time. I didn't even get back into it when he came back because I knew he wouldn't be able to compete like he had in the past.

I just don't see any other drivers out there that are on his level when he was in his prime. He was one of the few drivers that was able to win races and championships when he didn't have the best car..

Ugh, the "Schumacher Era" was my least favorite era of F1. The only driver that could compete with the Ferrari was Mika Häkkinen. Many boring races during those years...

That would be the same for me. I will check out a few races like Monte Carlo, Monza etc, but I've lost that feeling with F1 since they changed all the rules.

Yeah i've posted something similar on here before. Although, when he did come back I still had a huge interest in watching to see what he could do, even though I know it wasn't working out. I still love F1, but for me it isn't quite the same without Schumy...

Vettel won the battle of the Red Bulls to claim the 27th victory of his Formula 1 career.

So distracted by her sweet ass, that he pulled into the McLaren (his old team) pits for his first stop!
{I guess her sweet ass would distract me, too!}
