We never ran into bans when we were load testing our platform (50k trafficholder visitors in a day). Banning a website would require significant rewrite to their htaccess. It's a nice idea and I would be interested in it but I just did some testing...
It is not importing all of xvideos database or your software is only importing a fraction of the database. Here is an example: Search Tori Black on xvideos original site and it comes up with 13 pages or so of videos of her.
