First thing that popped into my head was the recent death of Boris Berezovsky.

he didnt need to have boris killed he beat him in court and left him fucked already.

Sound to me like he might not be arrested but merely questioned....

Wouldn't surprise me if it turns out Berezovsky had hidden a big pile of money in Cyprus and could see it vanishing.
