You want to buy photos from me and then go into competition with me? I think what you should do is offer to buy a transfer of all rights to you. That's about all that would really make sense, and it wouldn't be cheap!

look im not trying to compete with any content providers, i dont plan on allowing resale.

I would like to compile a cd of maybe 10k+ pics and sell it on ebay and make my own site to push them.

I would not mind if the copyright info states it may not be resold or used in any form for any profit after the original sale, or maybe simply stated "for personal use only"


i dont want your quality pics, id never afford them anyhow. What i want is the bottom of the barrel garbage that you never planned on selling anyhow. I dont care what the size is, what the resolution is, or what the niche is ... just looking to fill the CD.


Anyone who can give me a reasonable price on their garbage pics, please let me know.

OK now I know what you are doing. I used to sell images to a guy who was doing this.

You will need to put a URL on the images otherwise they will end up on sites.

So long as you are not asking for Internet resales rights, we can talk.
