What I don't understand is how this guy is walking around? Seriously with the amount of money he scammed from people, how can someone not have done something about it?

So I didn't personally lose a bunch of dough in the ePassporte debacle, but how is it that nobody is suing this guy? Or are there a lot of lawsuits filed that nobody is posting about here?

He probably paid the majority of US accounts. The costs for non US accounts to sue are probably higher than the amounts owed. People dont know how/what is involved in pursuing a claim though the US courts. And who do you sue? Can you sue him personally? Probably have to sue a shell co somewhere.

At least how it is possible for him to have these websites. I am surprised there isn't a bounty on these sites for being defaced or DDOS'd or something. How this guy can go about his daily life is absurd. How this guy is not getting trolled to the point of insanity is crazy.

I bet 1000 Schrute Bucks the organizations he lists under current projects have not seen a single cent. That page should probably be reported.

Now I don't like Mallick any more than you do but what would you "report" the site for and to whom wold you report it?

The stie even has a disclaimer that it does not accept donations, so sucky as the situation may be, the guy is apparently doing nothing wrong or illegal by having put up the site.

Okay, I might have jumped the gun on that.

Although the "Chris Mallick and UNICEF", "Chris Mallick & Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas" and "Chris Mallick and The Salvation Army" would imply that he, if not working with them, would at least have donated to them. In that case the charities he names might be interested in actually receiving a donation.

You can report the doings of mallick to the non-profit organizations listed on the site. I am sure they dont want to have the connection.

So, get busy and report him then report back to GFY the degree of your success.
