Are all people in england like this? PBBC did a study and found out a lot of people there have trouble comprehending traffic laws and courtesy. Is this true?

OK, did a bit of Googling and now it all makes sense; it turns out its a popular tourist spot because of a Beatles album - this is where the cover photo was shot.

Nope, I was searching for the weather forecast, then wanted to see if there was any snow / rain, so I searched for live cams and came across this one.
