I reported an important trojan problem over 2 days ago that is still listed as open.

Do you read and respond to your malware reports?

Bump for you, I hope this helps get your issue resolved faster.

They responded overnight. They have not been able to identify the offending ad or campaign so far.

I would try to recreate the problem but it disables my computer and takes a few hours to fix. Happened 2 days in a row costing me many many hours cleaning the damn thing off my system.
