Does anyone know of any services that provide non bot managers for targeted traffic on Instagram?

I need someone to like photos on Instagram on a few accounts that I have to help gain followers.

I'm trying $5 Submissions to see if they do this but if anyone knows of any services, I would appreciate it.

I am NOT looking for followers from those sites that just add/get fake accounts to follow.
