Bulgarian mobile traffic

So, i have 2 sites in Bulgarian for target - Bulgaria. I have updated their mobile versions and.. they seem to be getting more mobile traffic than I thought. Any ideas how to convert Bulgarian mobile traffic? For now I have banners on each linking to the other site. :1orglaugh

SGM does not cover Bulgaria anymore. Besides, what they used to do was: they charge the user 4.80 BGN (~2.38 eur), MO and gov rip them off, they get 0.20 eur, i get 0.10 eur. This was long ago, when they supported Bulgaria.
