Not much. Most of those shops make money off of phones not the plans. Been a reseller for years and never had any interest in making a business out of it. I mainly use it so I can change my phones, numbers, etc easily. It's been awhile since I've read up on what they are doing lately but they use to pay out with phone cards so you don't actually receive a check per se. At least small time shops anyway until you sell said card.
