Drink a Lost Abbey or Chimay :thumbsup

i was unable to fraternize enough of those beers :(

Chimay is a fine brew, but I am more into American craft beers, so Lost Abbey between those two. Since we are in AZ, Four Peaks got the nod today.

A recommendation from a local. Go to Sun Up Brewery while you're here. Get the IPA.

Be forewarned, Sun Up serves their beers old world style - room temperature. (I like it this way). If you like a cold beer, ask for a chilled glass. Otherwise, they serve it room temp by default.

No worries; I know how to drink beer. I request unchilled glasses at the places that use chilled by default. ;)
