need a programmer to help me with popup code
 

hi there...

i need some good at coding to make me a popup window i can use at my board, that will not be blocked by pupop blocker, the script has to be simpel, and if possible have the files stored outside the board url, i dont have acces to upload files to the root, but i have acces to admin cppanel, so i can modify header, body and so on, i will pay a good price for the one that can help me, i need it fast...will pay even better for a fast solution
