Wordpress design needed in PSD format
 

I need some custom wordpress design made in PSD format. I already have the rough design but just need some improvements and input from a designer who is familiar with mainstream wordpress design.

The wordpress will consist a homepage, page and blog page.

Navigation bar with drop down functions and two side bars.
