Paxum & eGaming?

I tried to fund my bwin and unibet account with my paxum card, but they both declined. Do they all decline paxum or are there others who do accept them? :helpme

Read the Paxum terms, it says something about no betting, poker and egaming at all.

Get an account at Moneybookers and use your Paxum card to fund that Moneybookers account.

No one I know does true 1-1 exchanges, because there will always be fees included for using either service.
