What University offers that kind of Degree? I would love to get that degree too. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

literally "Licenciado en Comercialización" which translates to "Marketing Graduate". 5 years in University I consider lost :Oh crap . I started the master in "Electronic Marketing" which I never finished and would be more time lost: at that time (1995) they were teaching me that in the future we would be able to sell via computers :1orglaugh

I was thinking on starting the degree in Political Sciences since they recognize me around 25% of the assignments but last couple years my life was a mess. Maybe in the future

After 6 years in the Navy, I enrolled in college as a Social Work major, found that I enjoyed research, and switched to Sociology, then decided to switch again to History as a major, with Psychology as a minor, and by the end of my 6 years in college I opted to also go for a Secondary Education license (High School teaching credential program).

After all that, I ended up in the computer industry straight out of college and never formally used my college education (I learned computers in the Navy and on my own, plus I worked for NCR Computer Research while in college).

Academically, I would say that the Humanities program I was in was excellent (Art History, Anthropology, Philosophy, Linguistics, etc.), and I use what I learned in Statistics classes (not a part of my major/minor) almost every day of my life.

I have two AA degrees - Computer Tech and Electrical Engineering. I just went to Heald College, small business school, and did their two year program.

I am also now taking course for another degree too.

wehateporn 04-09-2013 07:26 AM

BSc(Hons) Mathematics & Statistics
MSc Computer Science

If I could go back, I'd start up on the Internet instead, especially back in the 90's. Having said that, student days were fun.

I have a BS in Psychology with focus in neuropsych and behavior (most people opted for clinical or HR).

In my senior semester class our professor told us "without a master degree, your 'b.s.' stands for 'bull shit' because no one will hire you." two girls in our class cried, I decided the Internet is where I want to be :thumbsup

I've considered getting an MBA or at least a masters degree, but don't have the time and it wouldn't help me all that much considering I'm one of the senior partners at our company now. But the real reason is I got to fat and can't fit comfortably into those desks :1orglaugh
