There are 100,000+ people involved in emergency planning/management etc in London that need to be constantly trained and keep their skills up to date - So I suspect there will be many drills and practices in London that day, just like any other day in a major city - I also suspect that some will involve terrorism training.

But when they coincide at the exact time and day and place, it should AT LEAST raise some eyebrows, no?

London has like 6 video cameras for every person on the street, I wouldnt worry about anything. If they see someone acting suspicious they will send a cop over to hit them with a stick.

Only complete cowards will decide to refrain, I believe :2 cents:

More likely a HECKLER & KOCH, London Police for big events are tooled up.
