Anyone know of an FTP that allows resume of large zips

Anyone know of a FTP client that will resume uploads of very large zip files.
I am finding that only the resume features work on smaller files. I am wasting gigs of bandwidth trying. Perhaps something with adjustable packets.

I use ws_ftp and with large files over a gig it fails to resume i shall try the other suggestions
