Real solution, lose fat.. body fat hangs where gravity places it, not because you don't do sit ups ;)

Every time I go to the gym I see some crazy ass shit. Sometimes it might be some powerlifter putting every 45 he can find, on the leg press machine and screaming while he does 2 reps. Other times, it'll be some 80 year old guy with balls hanging down past his knees in the locker room. Or how about all those dudes with chicken legs that only work out upper body. So their arms are 3x the width of their legs. Sometimes I'll see obese dudes trying to lift weights and I think to myself, "w-t-f are you doing. All you need is good diet and cardio and you'd be a skinny motherfucker." Or how about those motherfuckers that grab 5 or 6 sets of free weights, put them around their bench and then claim to be using them all. I think to myself, "This is not your own personal gym asshole." Ya, I tell ya, the gym is sort of like Walmart. You never know what you're gonna see!

Weight lifting is great for obese people, dude. Muscle helps burn fat. I used to be pretty overweight but weight training (and cardio) turned me into a machine. I could have lost the weight just by doing cardio but the weights helped speed up the process and also left me with a solid, muscular build.

I see a ton of fat guys lifting weights and yeah their muscles get bigger, but it's covered up by fat, so all that ends up happening is they look bulkier and fatter. Sure lifting weights burns calories and builds strength, but IMO it's not as affective for losing weight as proper diet and lots of cardio. If you're happy with your results, then congrats man :)
