Met, too...but I have been saying that since early 1981 when Blizzard Of OZZ came out and I was doing promo work with his record company for a bit in South Florida.
{Took him to some record store signings} He was "okay" then, but when Randy Rhoads died the following year, I'd seen the band right before that, and Ozzy was not as good shape as '81.
