Chaturbate longevity?

I've been a member here for quite a while but not really an avid poster. I've been piddling around for a while looking for good adult rev-share programs to promote. My traffic is not very targeted to any certain product or niche so I figured a good "free cams" rev-share program would appeal to the masses.

So I've seen alot of people recommend Chaturbate and claim they do well with them. I started promoting them some about a year ago but it really didn't seem to take off so I moved onto different programs. When I went and checked my stats a couple months ago I noticed that I still had some people that were regularly spending money there and making me a little each month. So I started sending traffic again. I'm not getting rich or anything but I am seeing a steady increase of people that actually spend money on there so I see no reason so far why I should stop. Below is a screenshot of earnings for this pay period so far.

However my question is do you guys/gals think Chaturbate will be around for the long haul or is it one of those programs that we've all seen that stick around for a few years then disappears and leaves it's affiliates behind? I've got nothing bad to say about them at all and they have always paid me for what I've earned. I just wanted to get other people's opinions on this.

You are sending +-50 accounts daily since one year? Or is it just your sending traffic again since 15th?

lezinterracial 04-26-2013 12:07 AM

Awesome stats! Nobody can see into the future. But I think they will be around for a long while. Lots of good US amateur girls.

money biz 04-26-2013 12:12 AM

I remember reading that people spend very little money at a time so I didn't start to promote.

I piddled around and have sent traffic to them a few times over the past year. Didn't think much of it until recently and started advertising them again. This time I may stick with it and try sending the majority of my traffic their way to see how it does. I can usually generate about 10k unique visitors a day.

Here are the complete rev-share stats for the year. Obviously I haven't made much with them so far but if the general consensus is that they are a solid company to work for it may be something I'll start focusing more on.

maybe they changed some stuff up I remember people told me the $$ comes real slow with chaturbate about the same time you did your tests.

lezinterracial 04-26-2013 01:06 AM

I think guys talk to the girls a while. Like a bartender, over time they become attached to a girl. That is when the wallets come out.

Just my theory.

mopek1 04-26-2013 07:16 AM

It's hard to see the screenshot but if what I see is correct then you sent:

219,000 hits
9135 free members
$937 payout.

That is 0.004 cents per click or $0.10 per free member which isn't that good at all.

NOW ... if you sent no more traffic for the next year you'd need the spending members to spend enough to make you about $8000 in order to get what you would have been paid if you chose the $1 per free.

I don't know much about cams and don't know if the revshare would catch up or not based on those stats. Maybe someone else can weigh in on it?

CurrentlySober 04-26-2013 07:21 AM

OK... To TRY and be helpful...

i ate my own shit, then rubbed the remainder all over my body, and behaved innpropilty?

does that help?

BareBacked 04-26-2013 07:22 AM

They are the best. Great stats. Try AWE also

AllAboutCams 04-26-2013 07:23 AM

Well 9135 free members from what countries? If that was from the good countries, with the $1 per free you would have made $9135 which is 10 times then $937 you got in rev share. Most probably only 50% are from good countries, still would be $4000 instead of $937. This seems a case when you had to choice a pay per free instead of a revshare link.

But over time hes going to make more money i have people buying for over a year ago

MainstreamGuy 04-26-2013 08:34 AM

chaturbate is the only cam sponsor that converted for me so far.

I setup a whitelabel, didn't even work on it, and it's listed in top of google. Just spending 10 minutes to register the domain and set the white-label and it makes 50 bucks per day with revshare. I set this up like 2 months ago, and forget about it completely, dont even log-in into the stats at all, only noticed about it, when I started getting payments in Paxum.

However, chaturbate stats details are not so good. They should work better on it, give us more details about the users, etc...

Now im probably going to set up my second whitelabel with them and then a third and so on. Rinse and repeat.

Im sure they are here to stay, they seem like a good company, just need to tune up the program a bit.

My two cents.

I've tried the $1 per free option before and didn't do very well. I believe they only pay the $1 from Tier 1 countries and the traffic I send is from all over the world. Interestingly enough is that about half of the people spending money under me are not from Tier 1 countries though. I like rev-share programs because I find they work out better for me years down the road when PPS or PPL programs are more for people interested in making some fast cash right now. I am trying to think towards the future and planning for an early retirement ;)

Interesting! I may give that a try as well just for shits and giggles. Thanks for the info.

I can't tell you what is going to happen with them in the future. But I do know that past experience is usually a pretty good predictor of the future. With that in mind I suggest you do some searches for WEGcash and Xprofiles to help come to a decision. From what I have gathered from third parties there exists some common ownership between these three entities.

Well and would you trust more someone totally new, so clean past but who knows if he ever can run a site?
Actually I seen open and die dozens of cam sites in past 10 years, and most of those who closed badly (so bad they did not paid everyone) was the totally new and so clean past ones. Also these guys lost money so not even tried to open new sites, they're extinct.

1. Send Tier 1 countries to $1 per signup.
2. Send everyone else to revshare.

They let others do it, they post the email of users to dating API's, if signup form is pre-checked. (disclaimer: we do too).

Honestly the entire stats screen is questionable. 9k of frees and only $900, should be far far far FAR higher than that $ wise.

Unless of course all of the frees are from fuckedupistan...

Good point and info, but all my traffic comes from one kyeword in top of google, and the only cached page is the home page of my chaturbate white-label.

Google says:

A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt ? learn more.

but still caches the main page.. all the rest of the white-label is not cached, sucks, I could be making lots more if they let it cached.

Why is that, any ideas?

because of duplicate content. Building backlinks to white labels is a bad idea these days.

if you are on revshare whitelabel and end up on chaturbate do you still get credit for revshare sells if they joined through white label?

I see.

Does that same traffic convert for other cam sites or porn sites?

MainstreamGuy 04-28-2013 09:47 AM

Any ideas how to change the WhiteLabel from RevShare to $1 per email?

Checking my stats, I see I could be making lots more with pay per email.

VideoEditor2005 04-28-2013 10:16 AM

it converts like 1:1000 (0.20$) on Mendocash
