Chad Belville Joins KaiJack As CFO/General Counsel


Phoenix, AZ - KaiJack CEO Craig "CJ" Jackson announced today that attorney Chad Belville has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel.

"I am thrilled to have Chad join the KaiJack team full time. We have worked together on various projects and he has been my attorney for years", stated Jackson. "His strong background in Internet Law and Finance will be a significant asset to the company as we grow and expand our operations."

Badpuppy is the oldest gay porn membership site on the net, celebrating 18 years online next month, operates the Puppy Cash affiliate program as well as ClubAmateurUSA.com.

"I have worked with CJ for many years and am very excited to join the company in this new capacity", stated Belville. "It takes on even more meaning for me with the acquisition of Badpuppy.com because that was the first gay porn site I found on the internet back in 1997 when I started my coming out process."

Belville has been a practicing attorney since 1998 and holds degrees in economics and accounting. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Iowa, several Federal courts and Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
