Is bought traffic able to convert on PPL ?
 

I can see the logic of buying feeder traffic to tubes, blogs etc from the main traffic sellers.
However I don't think it is possible to make a decent ROI sending this traffic to PPL offers
eg cams, dating etc

Can anyone offer any thoughts ?

It's definitely possible to convert bought traffic to PPL/PPS. I do it all the time, as do my traffic clients. If I couldn't convert traffic to PPS, I wouldn't be in business.

just test it in a few bucks and see how it goes

I do well with "clicked" geo filtered traffic but have been buying from various sources since 2002, right outta the gate you will probably lose money, the key is tracking all your ad buys and then adjusting over time to what is working, so you will probably lose a few bucks for a while until you figure out what works for whatever you are promoting. Quality over Quantity for sales.

1)clicked traffic
2)geo filtered to whatever countries you or the program can bill
3)killer thumbs with high CTR
4)niche matched sites

etc...
