Where to get story content?
 

Hi, does anyone know of content providers that sell non-exclusive story content these days? I've found scarlettcontent.net and wetwords.com but every other link I find seems to have died years ago. I'm ideally looking for packs of stories I can slightly modify for my needs. Non-exclusive because I'm a cheapskate. Thanks!

Depends on how many, how many words, when you need them and of course the pay plus how you intend to pay.

"content providers that sell non-exclusive story content" - business fell because they didn't pay enough to writers.

"stories I can slightly modify for my needs" - you have to buy "as is" for that type of material with authors permission.
