What do you do when solo model paysite closes?
 

I own the domain on a solo model site that is coming to a close. It is just a PR1 but wanted to hear your best suggestions. None of the content will be available for use any longer. Should I just turn it into a blog? Foward the domain?

You can't purchase the content and host it on S3?

Better keeping it around if you can.

as far as your domain goes, not much you can do with it, but you could possibly base it around a different model, a guy searching up softcore models, is usually a fan of the small niche, so showing them another model might influence them into clicking/buying. might work better with a new model, they usually know most of them if theyre a fan of the niche.

Or like you said, a blog dedicated to solo models. but thats ALOT more time consuming as it takes daily maintenance

I usually turn it into a blog for a similar looking girl. Or girls.

download all her content via torrent and build a site of your own. Nobody gives a fuck about stolen content anymore, get with the times :thumbsup

How you made a site and had it where the content could potentially become "no longer available for use", I just don't understand.

But, what I'd do in that case is autoforward that domain to some other site of yours, so that whatever links and traffic you'd get will still be going to something you can profit from.
Make sure affiliate links and FHG's would still maintain the affiliate sales...

We've had that once before, closed a site at the request of a model, we didn't have to, had rights to the content, it was a personal request... damn annoying, but in the end we caved, we just forwarded all traffic to one of our other sites with a similar model.

I would start swapping the content out to another similar model :)

Start redirecting traffic to another site ASAP, before the content is gone if possible. You may have other decent options but it will depend on how much time you have before the site closes.

I'm assuming the girl doesn't have the name trademarked (like we do with Claudia Marie)...if I were you I'd just turn it into a blog "written" by that girl promoting other sites until the registration for the domain runs out.

Then, if it's not making big money or if it doesn't have big traffic....just let it expire at that point
