I have a domain with that keyword "cam to cam free" and I want to know if there is some nice program I could promote. I was thinking in chaturbate but after watching it for a while I could not know if it was cam to cam or not, is it cam to cam? Do you know if there is one that is cam to cam?

I should change my question. What is exactly what people are looking for when they search for "cam to cam"? As I want to promote some service that be ad hoc to what they are looking for, or it looks like similar. I have to do this because most traffic will be from search engines. And I suspect that they might not be looking for the classic catalogue of cam girls, but perhaps something different similar to OMEGLE.

There was one years ago, Chatroulette Clone (chatroulette-clone.com - with hyphen, and not chatroulette-clone.net, which was someone they had a feud with), that released the source code for free on Google code or Github or somewhere.

I considered making a clone myself, but even then, a couple of years ago, I thought it was dated. Loads of clones were set up and most failed miserably. You need lots of people online at the same time 24/7 for it to work. Forget about making it 'adult' since 99% of your visitors would be heterosexual males; AFAIK Adobe doesn't allow adult stuff on their RTMFP anyway.

You're probably better off with just links to regular cam sites, preferably 'free' ones like Chaturbate.

Yes chatroulette-clone.com is the best chatroulette script, I've tried most of them out there. However, the chatroulette craze has faded, there's dozens of clones out there, adding another one is pointless. Most all of the major cam sites offer cam to cam in their private pay per min cam sessions.

Critical mass not reached, yes. This is true for 99% of cam sites or social sites, they all fail because no users, and if no users a cam or social site has no appeal and the few users you had sent before also quit.
But in the nearly impossible case the site keeps up, it is 99% of male that shows, which on long run (again if site does not collapse), make you a gay site (which is profitable of course, but is gay niche).

That reminds me of something else. During testing I found a major 'flaw' of RTMFP is that certain routers or settings cause it to not work. I believe it also affects some online games. It's possible to change the router settings, which gaming forums had info on, but obviously nobody is going to bother doing that for a Chatroulette site, even if they understand how.

Given that I had no idea how many people had routers like that, it seemed like just another reason not to bother. The problem did not affect chatroulette.com, so I'm not sure how they got around it; perhaps they use their own media server.

Agreed. Though Chatroulette is a prime example of if you didn't do it first, and benefit from all the publicity, don't bother.
