Paxum wires rejecting. Fail OFAC regulations.
 

Paxum load wires rejecting due to their bank not meeting OFAC regulations. Their own intermediary bank is being rejected.. Paxum support not responding for over 24 hours now. Just a heads up.

Please send a copy of your wire confirmation receipt and the notice of rejection from your bank to me at [email protected] so that our accounting team can look into this. Since the wire never reached us, we have no information to investigate anything further.

To any other customers reading this thread, please continue to send wires to us as you normally would by using the wire information found in Add Funds By Wire within your Paxum Account. The banks we do business with (and their intermediary banks) are fully licensed and legal.

I look forward to hearing from you boneprone, so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

I haven't received any email from you in regards to this issue.

As requested two days ago on Wednesday, please send me a copy of the wire receipt and a copy of the wire rejection. We cannot look into this without that information.
