Paxum ate my money
 

Yep that is basically what they did. Transferred right under $400 from checking to card to withdraw it at an ATM. Tried to withdraw it and it would not work. Got gas and it worked fine. Got home and tried to transfer it back to the checking so I could at least withdraw it to the bank and it wouldn't work. It says pending charges are $407 and that my card has a negative balance of $92.

Of course it makes no sense because I haven't used the card for anything other than withdrawing money at the ATM every week. The Paxum account basically stole the money and is saying that I owe them almost $100. Bullshit.

I also sent a ticket to support but of course two hours later and still no response. This is on hubbys paxum account. My account isn't even usable because they charged me for the fucking Visa card which has yet to be delivered.Their excuse was that the card was returned and they sent a new one in march and here it is fucking May. They are apparently unable to get their head out of their ass to get shit straight.

I am so sick of this bullshit. I will definitely be switching to a new payment method and switching traffic to companies that offer payment methods besides Paxum.

Once i tried to take cash from ATM, and i got nothing out, but my account was charged for cash. And that is were you start to dance :)

If bank don't clear you at the point they do this, and give you money back when and if they see error than you can only fill some documents via Paxum, pay ~40$, they will send it back to bank, you will wait upto 45days for them to send evidence you took money or you will get your cash back from pending charges :) And it's not paxum fault, it's bank and atm fault, and yes you will pay to get your money back... IF THAT IS SAME CASE AS YOURS...

Well the first thing that happened is when I tried to move the money over it gave an error and said insufficient funds. So when I clicked back to the account it showed that the money had been transferred. What really doesn't make sense is that if its stuck between checking and Card for example and was denied at the ATM why it worked when I swiped it to get gas. I did this just to check to see if it would work. I am guessing the pending charges is the gas that I got and the denied ATM amount combined. I guess I will see what they say.

Maybe you need to blame your banks...If it worked on the POS, means the gas station works with a good bank and you don't lol... who knows..

I used the ATM at the same store. I talked to Ruth and this is what she said:

we have had a minor glitch every now and then where when a client transfers funds from checking to mastercard they get stuck in pending for a brief period of time, usually you receive an Error message when you make the transfer and that happens though.

Which is exactly what happened. When I tried to move the money over it said insufficient funds but then it showed that it was available in the card balance. So it is apparently stuck somewhere because of a glitch?

What a headache. Hope no one else has issues with this. I am glad I hadn't transferred $2000 like I was originally going to.

I have the same issue with them and it always fix but it takes a lot of time especially when you need a cash, basically you need to wait several hours so that the support in tickets fix it. :D
