I know of Acronis but looking for any other alternatives....

Acronis is my fav. because it works with external USB disks as well, but you can go with http://clonezilla.org/ as well. Its free and loads through a bootdisk/usb.

Acronis is the way to go, easy and powerful. You can clone a disk including boot sectors if you want. I use it with my laptop hard drives. If my drive fails I can just swap my Acronis drive into my laptop and I'm good to go.

Norton Ghost Old school dos version ... or Parted Magick This is a linux based distro which has alot of really helpful tools including cloning software and much much more
