Does not prove anything, it could be any friend, colleague, co worker, owner himself etc.

The thing is, with Ebay - you can set who can and who can not bid on things. They should have set it legit. I'm guessing what will happen is that Mr Zero Feedback will win, and they will 2nd chance offer it to a legit buyer... only for him/her to have buyers remorse and tell them to go fuck themselves.

Seems too sloppy to be legit:
1. description, pic, etc are poorly done
2. it's illegal to sell stuff like this? would vivid risk it?
3. no evidence that it's legit, if it was legit wouldn't vivid issue a press release or at least offer SOME evidence that the auction is indeed legit?

Sounds fair, all I am saying is that if its fake than it would come to vivid's attention (like someone interested would contact them to confirm if its actually them) before auction ends (6 days left so far) and they would contact ebay to remove it.
That would be extremely naive for the scammer to thing he could get away with it.
If I was a scammer like that I would put it up for 24hour auction and require immediate payment. Then there could be some chance to bank.

TMZ claims Vivid listed it for auction. Of course, TMZ is bed buddies with Vivid through the whole pre-promotion and sex tape release publicity cycle. IMO if it wasn't listed by Vivid, at this point, the listing would have come down.

OK no dis on anyone promoting the tape and making $, you can laugh all the way to the bank. But really, does anyone fall for this fakery and then go to Vivid and sign up? Farrah is either just doing her job that she contractually agreed to as far as promotion of the tape or since she may get a share of the sales, she knows it's in her best interest to hustle.
