Can anyone recommend me a programmer?
 

I need a programmer for a project of mine related to CPA. So the coder should obviously have knowledge in the industry and should know how to implement the offers/API. He should also be able to pull in data and display statistics. Basically a back-end coder as all the fancy graphics are already done, he just needs to code all the functions.

There is obviously more but these are the main aspects the coder should have.
