Our mysql servers are down, put in a support ticket but we need it only NOW, not in 30 minutes....


I need icq/skype/whatever of people there, support is fast but too slow for these mishaps. Anybody?

Call them on the phone?

Yeah, that'd be an intersting phone bill from where we have to call.

We got their attention. 15 minutes of hopeless clients and one angry store owner breathing down my neck;-)

You can login to their ticket system and change status of the ticket to urgent.

phone works very quickly with them. it might only be a 2 minute call tell them you are out of the country. if they don't respond in 5 minutes to an urgent ticket. they usually are very quick
