Depends on when that 2 weeks is... If it's right at the start of a Google update its possible, improbable, but possible.

I'm getting 300 daily SE traffic on site that is 10 days old. That wasn't be possible 2 years ago.

if you say so I must believe you, but 2 years ago I was happy if new site after 2 months start getting 300 SE daily.This is totally unexpected for me.

never happened to me, I have a site with 200+ original articles that has gotten 0 SE hits so far as in none;

And howmuch of the traffic is stable? Post again in a few months.

It's pretty easy to attract SE traffic in your first couple of weeks. 300 to 500 per day is normal for decent EMDs. The less links or SEO done, the better for traffic.

keyword stuffing? for 300 hits a day? 2 years ago. 25 posts to a blog with some good image renaming would get you 300 hits a day without doing any keyword stuffing or anything out of the ordinary.

Using google's webmaster tools and such with submissions etc? Or did you just buy a domain, put text on it and sit back with your arms crossed waiting? I assume the former, but assuming is not too good for business.

if you have good keyword research you can but usually it takes at least one or two inbound links.
