I was curious what the legalities were of recording Skype phone calls if both parties consent.
What about prank calls that are recorded?
There in lies the burden of proof, does that make you exempt? :)

google "skype podcasting" and you'll find all that information from the people using skype to record guests and stuff. It's all pretty clear - easy to understand rules and stuffs
