Ferrari 458 Spider Runs Over Cop

nexcom28 05-20-2013 02:37 PM

That cop was really pissed

crockett 05-20-2013 02:42 PM

Seen it before, they should have seriously Rodney Kinged his ass. Rich punk acted like he's above the law, should of had his ass beat.

Rochard 05-20-2013 02:44 PM

It's amazing how quickly shit can go sideways... One moment this guy is minding his own business, the next moment he's running over a cop's foot in order avoid a $100 ticket. The moment after that he's being man handled by the cops. Oustanding.

eipstudios 05-20-2013 06:14 PM

Russia Traffic Stop

Socks 05-20-2013 07:33 PM

So the cop sees him get in his car, and nonchalantly moves himself in front of the car to ensure he can finish writing the ticket.. He purposely blocked the guy. Totally against policy, surely. He doesn't move right in front of the car either, he does it very smoothly hoping the driver doesn't notice.

THEN when the car starts moving, you can clearly see him get even CLOSER to the car, HOPING the guy runs over his foot..

Unreal.

Save your foot and let the guy drive away.. What's your fucking problem?

Do you think he would have done the same thing if it was a cheap shitty car? Not a chance. He's hoping for a lawsuit.

Douche cop.

eipstudios 05-20-2013 07:48 PM

He was an asshole he knew he was going to get a ticket. Tried to play it off and drive away. You know you can drive away from a cop. Lucky he wasn't in LA they would have just shot him.

Cop shot this dude for running away and then killed him.

SilentKnight 05-20-2013 08:11 PM

It's vehicular assault. The officer was within parameters of detaining the vehicle in order to complete the ticket.

Been there/done that...had it happen to me a few years back. Female driver attempted to run me down and I barely managed to jump out of the way. She was subsequently charged with reckless driving and vehicular assault on a law enforcement officer.

privatesociety 05-21-2013 03:36 AM

He could of scratched that car when he threw him over it.

pornguy 05-21-2013 07:37 AM

The best part is that 99.9 % of your guys and the people on the street are missing part of the pay back there.

Look where the cops belt is while he is leaning on the car.. I am more than willing to bet those scratches go to bare metal.

Stupid fuck.

NETbilling 06-08-2013 01:26 AM

Total idiot - love the car though

Meet Dave Oskow:

Another day, another celebrity engagement!

Today it’s former star of The Hills Stephanie Pratt. Her boyfriend popped the question over the holiday weekend in Las Vegas. He wanted to start 2012 with a surprise and by the look on his future wife’s face that’s what he got.
So who is Stephanie going to walk down the aisle with? He’s a bit of a mystery man. It’s believed her husband to be is an actor/promoter called
David Osokow.

Dave Osokow, Director of Nightlife Promotions for SBE.
http://www.essentialstyleformen.com/...tions-for-sbe/

He was getting a legitimate ticket (NY VTL Sec. 306(b) - Failure to Display Inspection Sticker, NY VTL Sec. 403(1)

- Evidence of Registration to be Attached as Prescribed by Regulation) which he was trying to run away from. In the process, he assaulted a police officer with his vehicle. (NY Penal Law Sec. 120.11 - Aggravated Assault Upon a Police Officer or Peace Officer, Class B Felony, Minimum 5 Year Sentence, NY Penal Law Sec. 10.00(13)

- Vehicle included in definition of deadly instrument) Then when he was told to get out of the vehicle and pulled from the vehicle, he resisted arrest. (NY Penal Law Sec. 205.30 - Resisting Arrest, Class A Misdemeanor)

That's one of those things you get thrown on the ground and cuffed for. The level of force used to gain compliance was clearly proper, as judged by the suspect's willingness to injure police officers.

The owners girlfriend seen in the video is Stephanie Pratt from the MTV hit show, The Hills. The car did suffer some damage, paint chips on the door from when the cop slammed it into the cab and some scuffs by the engine bay shown in the last scene of this video. Pretty crazy situation, I was definitely at the right place at the right time!
EDIT: Actually that doesn't look like David Osokow. Wonder if it's his car and some other dude was driving it with his feonce...

John-ACWM 06-09-2013 10:14 AM

Yup, awesome dudes.

Babaganoosh 06-09-2013 10:32 AM

Douchebag. You can't just drive away from a cop who is in the process of writing you a ticket. What a dumbass.

Its a fucking parking ticket

Sometimes they block your way for a reason and being fucking douche bags :321GFY

You have to come out from your car and tell them move the fuck out nicely and if they don't get some witness and record this shit on your mobile so you prove this in court.

idolbucks 06-09-2013 01:06 PM

Sweet car though.

You don't get to leave before you get your ticket. It's a pretty simple concept, really. If you don't want a ticket, don't park illegally.

The self-important little shithead got what he deserved.

Officer MUST serve you the ticket either by putting in your hand or putting on the car windshield. If you drive away before he does that he can put this ticket up his ass its pretty simple.

marlboroack 06-09-2013 04:11 PM

If those cops threw me on my car like that. I would make it my goal to fuck their wives and convert them into pornstars.

You have absolutely NO IDEA what you are talking about. You are not playing Hide & Go Seek with a free zone.

Run you down / jump out of the way

Big fucking difference from what's going on in the video

I don't know what the law is exactly regarding this so I'm not going to say who is the bigger dickhead of the officer or the driver

BUT if any of you clowns actually read the description, he was trying to drive away because he was allegedly parked fairly/authorized by the hotel

Ever hear "tell it to the judge?" Exactly what he should have done.
