Saturday I photographed Torrance's 54th Annual Armed Forces Day Parade. It is the longest running military parade sponsored by any city in the US. The people love it; probably in large part to the great weather we have.

Thanks, judging by the way the missiles are set up, they are mainly to discourage tailgating.

July 1,2 & 3 are always a huge deal at Gettysburg. Including an annual reenactment. My GF lived there for years and told me about it. She was there when Turner filmed Gettysburg.
This year is the 150th anniversary of the battle and will be the biggest thing since Pickett's men ran across a field.
