I think the point is it doesn't matter if they were or not. The 'troublemakers' for want of a better word will jump all over it and stir it up regardless, and there will be a huge backlash against muslims. I can foresee the facebook virals already - it's not gonna be pretty.

If they *were* muslims, same thing. Point being, whichever way, it's not gonna be good to be a peace/law-abiding muslim in the UK in the next few weeks.

I don't see this as being a terrorist attack. This was a murder. A terrorist attack is when someone kills multiple people "for their cause".

Europe is going to have some problems with this. Islam is becoming bigger and bigger, and they aren't like Muslims in the US that just want to go about their business. Might get interesting.

I do not think the UK is overrun by anyone - there are just minorities that like causing problems.

If it is not the Muslims, then it is the IRA, if not them then the Russian etc etc

Some parts of the UK do have a large number of non ingeniousness people however on the whole the UK is still British

ok I'll bite, and I really don't mind any law-abiding, and contributing members of this country, as goes for the majority of people here - *but* when you live in it, and it's all around you, as Eddy said, it really is hard not to get angry at the minority (of immigrants).

What happens then is that more people find it hard to separate the minority of immigrants from the whole, and then things start drastically breaking down, and hatred/ill-feeling starts gathering momentum.

A Census that is 12 years out of date, and even then only factors in those who bothered to complete it, which let's get real, is gonna be a TINY percentage of immigrants here to milk the system, more likely none of them, is no indication at all of what it's like in a lot of England atm here and now in 2013.

The fact is, we are full, have no money (according to the gov't, so interpret that as 'no money for abc, but plenty for xyz', as per all govt's), and more and more people are at 'breaking point' when it comes to tolerating, and paying for, fanatics to be here marching against the very ideals that allow them to be here marching against them in the first place. That spills over into tarring everyone with the same brush, and voila, civil unrest and some fresh riots are the order of the day.

For once I am lost for words...

However on the whole the UK is not being invaded but yes, some areas do have large amounts of multiculturalism but that is normal...........

If peeps are affected by immigration in one area they are free to move to other areas of the UK just as non-white British are allowed to live where they want.
