Anyone uses Paxum?
Recently I compare amount of money they take from my bank and money they credited to my account. There is a $1k discrepancy. 2 screenshots from their own sites confirm this. I already ask support.
Have anyone else have the same problem? Tips: Do not send $500 all the time. Send $499.99, $499.98, etc. |
Can you provide me with your account id or email it to [email protected] so I can look at your deposits
|
I already make a support. Thanks a lot. I also post the 2 screenshots from your site.
182295 is the ticket id. My last message has 2 screenshots. One showing that you recognize 15 withdraws. The other one showing paxum depositing $500 11 times. So 15 withdraws, 2 still pending, I should be getting $500 times 13. Basically you can just compare the transaction id of the withdraws and transaction id of the crediting. Those are the number of $500 withdraws I performed. The $200 withdraws are my second withdraws and that "marks" the spots. Next time I will fill different amounts for easy checking. |
has this been resolved yet? I know i get slapped hard here in the usa at atm's with the withdrawl of funds but other than that seems to be ok.

what's this paxcum i hear about

Paxum is the best way to pay your traffic source. It's what I used. We do have problems.
The support says they will look into it. I hope I am not a boy crying fire. I wouldn't have caught this if not because I saw my accounts almost every day. One day I have 4 pending payments. Then I got credited $500 and only 2 pending payments left. So I did a whole audits. Fortunately they keep all records of all withdraws. If only I withdraw different amounts every time it'll be much easier to spot. |
Oh, another $1k is added to my account recently.
Is this because I ask support or did I just panic too fast? Looks like there is a certain delay between money taken out of "pending" lists and money credited to the account. I wonder if that's the issue. |

Cool. The issue is pretty much solved. Did you do something about it? Or it's simply the case that there is a delay between money no longer pending and money credited?
