The site it is just an automatic system to chat between independent users, its administrator should not know or care anything else than if billing or technical problems are to be solved. But no, they email you about other stuff.
Not only, they reply you endlessly even if you say you know nothing and it is not your matter, see this guy, who was banned so many times:

For poor guy just explain to him that the cam site is like a strip club.
