Anyone else have FTP issues right now with Webair?

What is the issue? You can't connect?

2 accounts just stopped being able to connect today. all the other accounts work fine.

Support ticket sent in 1 hour and 23 minutes ago. Other than the auto response, no answer.

Better to call them with time-sensitive stuff like this, then the tech can see the problem firsthand. Especially with Webair, I've found the quality of tech support is much better on the phone than via their email ticket system.

edit: just tested my FTP, works fine here.

On the ticket they were asked to call so of course they emailed me instead...asking the wrong questions of course.

I have had numerous problems with webair FTP, namely - too many connections error.
This is the reason amongst others I will be leaving webair this month after 4 + years

Yep. Still FTP still not working on one account at all and the other only partially.

One site on one account PHP include files stop loading on inventory pages with no changes made at my end.

Just got of the phone with one client who has 2 accounts with Webair that I sent up in 2005 which they are closing by July before our upgrade goes live.
