I need a contact at CCBill who can approve a $1 price point for me
 

I have a new project that requires a $1 minimum, but since I'm an affiliate I don't have "previous processing history" so I need someone to go to bat for me on this. Been an affiliate since 2002, have sent a lot of sales, so I have that, but no processing history..

Who can I talk to at CCBill? Without a $1 minimum I can't use them at all.

I have never seen that via CCBILL.
$2.95 is the minimum....according to this, anyway.

I asked and they said you can be approved for a $1 price point, but a work order must be made that gets approved by upper management.. And I feel like if I blindly submit that I'm going to get declined.. I just want to get some pre-approval so I know if I can use them for my project or not.. Without CCBill I'll have to really make some alternate arrangements.

hit up Paulk at ccbill.com or contractadmin at ccbill.com and explain your situation, I've gotten custom prices with no problem in the past..
