English is my third language since I do speak Spanish and Portuguese too.

Now I'm learning (or trying to learn) Russian.

How many languages do you speak?

I speak Restaurant Spanish - Its pretty shameful - I have lived in Spain for over 3 years...

English - Native
Engrish - when drunk
Moroccan Arabic - Learned from Peace Corps, Hookers and Hillbillies
Japanese (learning from wife who is native speaker)

English is my second language and all I can say is shit happens... GFY has become the go to forum for the few webmasters left (and all the trolls worldwide) so it is only logical that not everyone would have flawless English.

As long as all the shit talking, irrelevant news posting, trolling away and maybe a little business getting done continues; there will be people here from all over the place with ESL... so deal with it or get the fuck out.

French - native
English - old base school but i try to perfect it and i'have google translator in my web browser bookmarks because i always try to speak russian when i drink smirnoff vodka :p

take the time to learn any other language like we took the time to learn yours, and then you will not sound like an ignorant douche...

For a bunch of shit talking trolls we are actually pretty tolerant when English is a second language.

A lot of people with it as a first language can be just as hard to understand.

English (4th Generation on Father's side to be born in Jersey City, NJ)
French (French mother spoke it in the house growing up)
Spanish (studied in school, still perfecting it in Colombia)

I speak English and a little Spanish. I never make fun of people trying to speak my language even though lots do it to me when trying to speak Spanish.

The more you moved around as a kid, the easier it is to figure out what people are saying. English speakers are lucky that most other countries teach ESL since early on in school.

You took the time to learn ours because it's the dominant and most important language in the world. That's not arrogance (I didn't invent it) it's just a fact of life. We all took the time to learn it too.
