ZoxScripts Unsupported?
 

Did anyone else purchase the script from ZoxScripts.com and notice the following issues:

- Certain tubes won't populate videos when crawled
- Certain tubes populate videos that are broken
- Categories aren't updated when videos are populated to the tube

I've made the owner aware of these issues more than a month ago. He promised an update in early May. Now my support requests are completely ignored and unanswered. Is anyone receiving the support promised with the purchase of the script? I've tried both ICQ and email, with no success.

Hey guys, I have chatted with Failed already. Thank you Dankasaur for the thread. My CMS is fully supported and I WILL be releasing an update, and yes I admit it has been much slower than planned. Nearly 3 months later, and plenty of excuses via email, but no fix. I regret spending the money to purchase this script and would recommend others avoid it.

Well like normal you come here before talking with me like I requested, why even email with me if you are just going to come here and bitch anyway? This was not some small issue that applied to just yourself and the other issue was fixed in the last update. If we would have discussed over icq I would have explained that a fleet of core files have been redone from scratch to switch from the memory sucking simplehtmldom library that was being used to a much quicker and built in dom/xpath spidering technique. I also made enhancements to the initial crawling to grab a much larger amount of videos from the start and to continue grabbing new videos much more reliably. The update is planned for the beginning of the month after testing is complete. I thought you would have been satisfied with this news as well as my offering of some type of free service as a sign of respect for making you wait so long for an update that needed a large overhaul, but you can continue to claim I provide no support which just simply isn't fucking true. I spend a large portion of my day helping people out. Dankasaur will gladly help you out, I would recommend him as well if you have no interest in using my future updates, since frankly I do not care if you do or not, your choice.

Zoxxa, do you still offer support for this script?

I don't think he's around anymore. His site's been down for a while and I couldn't reach him by email.
