do you think AEG has any liability in MJs death?
I thought the answer was absolutely no. MJ was a drug addict & murray was his enabler. & AEG just played ball with the superstar.
But randy phillips is making me second guess this. It does seem the suits knew he was not healthy, not able to perform, but were pushing forward anyway. when a promoter puts up millions, & has millions to lose & to gain, morality tends to go out the window. is that enough to say AEG has some liability? |
I think my answer would be NO, he signed a contract to perform, for huge amounts of money, with that comes responsibility:2 cents:

& the correct answer is...nobody cares :)
all i will add this that it is the height of disgusting that MJ was so private, but his family so money grubbing they need to expose his life & all this chicanery. That family has made a fortune, because he died! the estate was flat broke while MJ was frittering away his wealth. shame on the jackson family. |
while i don't think they should have any liability, i do wonder why phillips blew off the news about mj. he could have tried to help another person, period, maybe he didn't want to open a can of worms with mj's emotional state. but he could have tried to help the guy, imo.
but the fact is they shit head jacksons can sue and they will probably present a case portraying the producers as money grubbing scum, the irony. |
