DMCA ignored what are the options
 

we serve send 3 dmca notices to websites including there host and all been ignored so far. what are the option available if dmca ignored.

these are the host and ignore the dmca.

prq is run by the pirate bay guys,good luck geting anything down with them

DMCA to billing companies, to domain registrars and to whois protection providers.

DMCA is a US law.
prq.se is located in Sweden, they do not have to comply with US law, but with Swedish law.
So the only way to get to prq.se is do whatever is required by Swedish law to get copyrighted content taken down.

Sweden is in the EU. The EU copyright equivalent to the DMCA is the EUCD.
