A group of mostly elderly women, half of them in their 90s and some using canes, escaped unharmed from a stretch limousine that burst into flames at a gated senior community in Northern California, police said on Monday.
I think the keyword here is "Stretch".

The other limo appears to be a stretch limo too.

A stretch limo is a modified vehicle with an extended drive train.

Keyword there is "modified".

i think the problem is what people are doing inside the limos. ban smoking or any other things that involve sparks or flames.

They were watching a porn movie had the speakers banging away, they are old school (women in their 90's) and use vibrators that needed to be plugged in... Electrical Fire.

Yeah because a complete investigation of the first one by experts is complete bullshit
when matched against your clairvoyance.

It's never smoking, its normally an electrical problem that makes vehicles catch on fire which is usually from a mechanic doing things half assed. The last time this happened a few months ago it was from being overloaded with people and the airbag maintenance not being taken care of. It was dragging so low to the ground in some spots that the sparks caught it on fire.
